Except
for games that must be rescheduled due to a "no show" referee, this form must be submitted prior to July 15th, and at least
8 days in advance of the scheduled date of the game in question.
Reschedule requests after July 15th can only be approved by the League Administrator. If he approves
it, the opposing coach will be notified of the requested change.
Rain-outs will work the same way. If the requests is not approved promptly, the league will set the date.
Except in the case of a "no show" referee, there is a $20 fee for rescheduling which will be billed to the Club
of the team requesting the change. Each team will be notified via e-mail regarding the League's decision on the request to reschedule.
