Request to Reschedule Game

Except for games that must be rescheduled due to a "no show" referee, this form must be submitted prior to June 1st, and at least 8 days in advance of the scheduled date of the game in question.

EACH TEAM MUST SUBMIT THE REQUEST BEFORE IT WILL BE PROCESSED

Except in the case of a "no show" referee, there is a $15 fee for rescheduling which will be billed to the Club of the team requesting the change. Each team will be notified via e-mail regarding the League's decision on the request to reschedule. Each team is allowed 2 reschedules up to June 1 – then only Tom Idziak may approve a reschedule if requesting club has the pre-approval of the opposing team first. Reschedule requests for weekends can be filled on limited basis when there are tournaments (June 14, 15, 21, 22; July 12, 13, 18, 20, 26, 27).  Weekend reschedules can be set to any time.
