Dual Carded Players:
Dual-Carded Player Rule for 2012 (Section F added)
The Board of Directors has set the following policy for
2012 season for all teams and all age groups:
Policy 7 - Dual Carded Players:
A) Definition: Is a player who
is playing on a rostered team in B&WNYJSL and possesses more than one
player registration card, regardless of the affiliated USYSA
organization(s) that has issued the cards.
B) Only players with a single card
for a B&WNYJSL club will be allowed to play in B&WNYJSL and only
for the club under which the card has been issued.
C) Any player possessing and
using any other card (NY-West, Club Soccer, etc ) for any summer soccer
games will be considered an illegal player.
D) Once a player has a card it
is considered to be in effect for the entire season (until 8/31)
E) The board of B&WNYJSL is the
sole judge of player eligibility, under these rules, to play in
B&WNYJSL.
F) Players of player age U8 to U11 are exempt from the Dual Card rule.
